TUESDAY: Latinos for a Fair Judiciary Will Convene Outside of Senator Rubio’s Orlando Office to Demand No Vote on Kavanaugh
ORLANDO, FL — On Tuesday, October, 9 2018, Latinos for a Fair Judiciary (LFJ), an organization dedicated to providing Latinos across the nation with a platform and voice in matters related to our nation’s judicial system, will convene outside of Florida Senator Marco Rubio’s Orlando office to demand heSenator Rubio join Senator Nelson in voting against the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Almost 75% of Latinos want Kavanaugh to withdraw his nomination, and Latino Floridians are no different. LFJ and others will come together to support survivors of sexual assault and ask Senator Rubio to uphold our democracy to the high standard.
This event is open to the public and media.
